Once again we will get on this game early because this line has to go up. VCU just won a big game on the road at Davidson by two points. A tall task to win back to back at Davidson and St. Louis. Billikens should be ready to play Friday night. We’ll lay the extra juice on the money line.

Taking this game now to take advantage of small line, it can only go up BYU has lost three tough games in a row and lost to Loy Marymount earlier this year . Big revenge win here.

Well last night was one of those nights where you should have bet on multiple games because every big team that was upset last weekend won and covered last night. Serves me right for taking a bad team like South Carolina, all the other teams mentioned won, 7-1 . Tonight George Mason hosts UMass and has lost their last two to VCU and at home to St. Joe. Umass cannot win on the road and don’t think GM will lose back to back home games. This line was 4.5 last night and has jumped to 6.5 today probably because umass leading score Matt Cross is listed as questionable. If last night’s trend continues, Auburn should roll over Georgia after losing in the challenge this past weekend. They are also playing with revenge as Georgia already beat them this year. Never let a pointspread scare you I always say, Alabama was a gift last night.

Lots of big teams coming off big losses playing tonight. Alabama , Kansas, TCU, Uconn, and Kentucky. We’ll go with a bad team playing a not very good team but coming off a big win. Miss St., who is 1-7 in league play, just beat TCU and now is going to South Carolina who is also 1-7 (their only win was at Kentucky). Miss St. hasn’t beaten anyone by 11 points since early December and I think SC can hang around in this one. Kentucky should handle a bad Mississippi team even on the road after their loss to Kansas. Nevada Is a good team playing at home with revenge against a ranked san Diego State team who hasn’t had a tough game for a while. Also like Alabama to rebound at home although 15 pts is a lot to give up.
No official plays today
I am leaning to take Iona today at noon even though they haven’t covered in their last six games. They play Quinnipiac who they lost to by 23 earlier. Iona has played poorly in league play and really needs to win today. The line should be about -4 but opened at 6.5 and has jumped to 7.5. it just doesn’t make much sense because Quinnipiac has won six in a row. Sometimes when they don’t make sense you just have to go with it, but not enough to make it a rated play. Football note: Two weeks ago the over went 5-0-1. Last week all four games went under.

Kentucky pounded Kansas last year in Lawrence as un underdog so let’s hope Kansas returns the favor.
